MITS Partners with SYSTEMATIC; Selects C-7 Reporting Solutions As Authorized Reseller
Management Information Tools, a leading developer of business intelligence and reporting software, has formed a partnership with SYSTEMATIC, a Toronto-based provider of rental and mobile equipment software solutions. Recent advances to the operational reporting environment, MITS Report, have allowed MITS to provide SYSTEMATIC with a true ad hoc reporting tool that seamlessly integrates with their existing ERP solution.
“Our partnership with Systematic is particularly exciting because it allows MITS to build on our offering through a commitment to support their SQL Server- and Oracle-based technology. We feel this is an ideal opportunity to combine MITS’ reporting expertise with SYSTEMATIC’s proven ERP solution,” said Fred Owen, president of MITS, in making the announcement.
The new partnership enables SYSTEMATIC to expand on its existing reporting structure to offer clients a wider range of flexible reporting options. The MITS reporting engine will be embedded into SYSTEMATIC Rental Management 6.1, providing clients with an easy-to-use method for consolidating information across multiple data sources. Clients can make changes to their reports, add sub-totals, apply auto-filtering, and set up report scheduling. The SYSTEMATIC-MITS partnership was initiated in response to the growing needs of equipment rental organizations for a customized reporting system.
“The requirement for detailed information is increasing; our clients want to view their data in a way that supports analysis and efficient business decisions. The inclusion of the MITS reporting engine in SYSTEMATIC Rental Management ensures our clients have a complete and flexible software solution,” said Nigel Miller, COO, SYSTEMATIC.
Separately, it was announced that C-7 Reporting Solutions, LLC, a recently established provider of business intelligence, executive dashboard and reporting solutions for MultiValue databases, has signed an agreement with Management Information Tools to resell MITS products. Through this agreement, C-7 is now an authorized reseller of the MITS Discover OLAP Business Intelligence suite as well as the innovative operational reporting environment, MITS Report.
“MITS has been providing BI solutions to the MultiValue world for over 10 years,” noted Larry Christensen, president of C-7. “The MultiValue data model is very well-suited to the creation of the three-dimensional modeling required in the tactical business intelligence environment. We are proud of our association with MITS and welcome the MITS BI solution as one of our premier offerings.”
